SP Two LTd. I received a debit out of my PayPal account from my bank for 7.99 and I never signed up for this! Someone please help me stop this scam as I’m learning what this SP Two LTd. PayPal how could you allow this to happen and what can you do to rectify this fraudulent transaction???
