I called customer support at span>. They authenticated me through my mobile phone (same as is on record with PayPal) and the customer agent read out my account number. If that fails, you can request specific statements by mail by going to Statements then scrolling all the way down to the bottom and clicking on "request past statement." Pick any one, and it should arrive in the mail within a week.
