I had the EXACT same thing happen to me and their customer service is disgustingly bad it’s basically tough **bleep** and very sarcastic responses. They also said good luck escalating and then said they will not be responding to any other messages when i asked twice for them to confirm they have cancelled and deleted all my personal details including payment.
