Is there any chance that you have ordered something from SEcret Lair (Magic the Gathering) long time ago? I also got charged 99,98 EUR from PPPL EU CE EUR SINGAPORE but it actually matches the Mail from Wizards of the Coast saying that my Secret Lair order from months ago will be charged to by payment method and it's the same amount. It is normal that the charge 1 EUR or USD when you place the order and some time later they charge the whole amount before shipping. I would like to know if someone can relate to this?
