Hi, I have been trying to integrate PayPal Payouts into my application and am getting the AUTHORIZATION_ERROR error. I have spoken to 2-3 different PayPal support agents and have gotten various answers which none have worked. One agent specified that you cant use the Payout API as a sole proprietor. Is this accurate? My account is fully verified with no restrictions as far as I'm aware and I have access to all other APIs on Live that I have tried. Is there an alternative other than switching my business type?
