Dear PayPal Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue with my PayPal account, which is registered under the name of my company. We opened this account some years ago to facilitate payments for our business operations, which are primarily based in the Nigeria. Upon opening the account, I provided all necessary documentation, including my ID card, as part of the verification process. I received a payment from a friend 3 days ago for the business website i developed for him but to my surprise my account got limited/restricted. I received a message stating that you are unable to continue processing payments for this account. I went to the account restore page (https://www.paypal.com/restore/dashboard) and uploaded my ID 2 days ago and i got a mail this morning quoted, "We're unable to offer Paypal services for this account anymore". I haven't used my business account for any fraudulent activities neither will i. It's just that it's been a while i received payment into my paypal account. As a legitimate business operating solely within Nigeria, we are perplexed by this sudden suspension. We are eager to resolve any issues and ensure compliance with PayPal's policies and regulations. Could you kindly provide more information regarding the reason for the suspension and any steps we need to take to rectify the situation?
