Hi, on 25.6.24 airbnb charged me 183.66 euro for a booking that i didnt do ! i have Not use Airbnb for the last 3 Years! I send some emails to them and the answer was so unprofessional and funny ! They said maybe a friend of mine or a family member used it ! I sai No , no ones used it and no ones knows my code only if i get hacked ! So i a asked them to JUST cancel it! is that so hard ? How they protect they costumers! They said no we can not give back that many ! after some hours they sent back SOME of the money 86.99 euros! i want all the money back ! my paypal account now is -101 euro ! If paypal take this money from me i will delete the account !
