Same situation with my order of B&O EX(also ordered in Japan store with the positive feedbacks). No connection with official app, navigation not like in manual, noise cansitation does not work at all and matirials quality like on goods from ali express, where their price 30-40$, I supposed, that its was changed somehow during delivery - sailer cannot provide serial no of the part, which he send to me, and it was strange for me to meet something like this in eBay Japan store with only positive feedback and more than EX sailed in 6 last month
