Trying to require my customers to supply a billing address when they check out. We are on the Magento Platform. In Magento Configuration, theres an option to "Require Customer's Billing Address" but it says "This feature needs be enabled first for the merchant account through PayPal technical support." I've tried to reach out to paypal technical support but im unable to create a support ticket. Merchant ID GT4348YJ6G3RQ Any suggestions?
