Hi. I have been scammed $100 to a valid PayPal ID account. I acknowledge that this transaction is authorized and it is my responsibility to be more vigilant. However does PayPal have any recourse to this grievance and am I eligible for any cover or refund? I accept that I may not, as the resolution center has already identified my enquiry as a legitimate authorized transaction (which it is - it is just that it is a scammer) Thank you for any advice.
