I just joined this community forum because my PayPal account was HACKED and all my funds in PayPal were irresponsibly taken by someone. I don't know who, but all the PROOF is in my Yahoo Mail and I have NEVER deleted it.
I have contacted PAYPAL and submitted the evidence. My PayPal account has been restored, and the PayPal admin said to wait up to 10 days, but until now, there has been NO RESPONSE regarding the progress of my case.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION, I use PayPal not for buying and selling transactions but solely to receive prize money from contests that I sometimes participate in from abroad. Then, from PayPal, I transfer it to my domestic bank account in Indonesia, and I have been doing this since 2016. All proof in Yahoo Mail is still saved and has never been deleted.
Honestly, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with PAYPAL ADMIN. There has been no progress or any calls or emails, even though I have said that I can provide all the proof that my PayPal funds were taken irresponsibly.
For me, if there is any admin or anyone working at PayPal, PLEASE, if there is any feedback, don't just stay silent. I am already exhausted, stressed, and frustrated being ignored like this. My chats go unanswered, and I only get template responses. Their service is worse than BCA bank in Indonesia, where they helped me resolve my issue completely.
