As a Proof of Address we can accept one of the following document: Utility bills (phone and broadband services, petrol, water, electricity, etc.) Financial statements Insurance Letters/Statements Your driving licence (front and back) Your payslip Government Issued Documents and Letters We do not accept: Invoices Partial Documents Note: Document must show your full name and address as registered on the PayPal account.
