Same thing happening to me. I honestly think Paypal only uses bank account/debit card for Walmart Grocery pickup, no matter what type of Paypal method I choose. It is NOT using my Paypal Connect that I pick. It comes straight out of my banking account!! I've been confused because my online purchases of Wal-Mart for home delivery is billed correctly. Finally I see it is the grocery pick-up causing my problem.
