I totally agree with you and the fact that paypal will not address this illegal behavior is fast becoming a red flag ..... but then companies like mastercard and visa are forcing tap and go function with no challenge on our banking institutions. apparently our finances are not important enough to secure and we should just let anyone have access to help themselves. I'm here to also formally request that this feature be opt-in/opt-out based. I cannot fathom how a service that connects directly to people's finances would want to turn this on by default. I turn it off every time you turn it on for me. I never want this enabled. Please give me the option to opt out permanently. ... View more
