I have been sent a letter by a company called Wescot. They say Paypal has passed on a debt to them for £642.46. I have always maintained my paypal account. All agreements have been settled and i have a zero balance on my account. I suspect it is a case of identity theft. Cobtacted Paypal through message centre and have just been left hanging when the original responent said he would be back to me in 3-5 minutes. Now over an hour and nothing despite numerous prompts. Tried ringing the paypal phone number but cant get through their various options to speak to someone. Any suggestions? Thanks
