I first tried sending the full amount, didn't work.  Customer service advised me to send a smaller amount, that went through like it was supposed to.  Now I am waiting for another 48 hours, to hopefully send the rest of the amount.  I am doubting this will work, but we will see. ... View more

In the past, I was annoyed by the delay in transferring to my external wallet.  This last time I was told by customer service that I now need to wait a full 48 hours before I can attempt to transfer.  Customer service stated it was due to their security system and there was no way around this issue.  They did apologize.  What a joke. ...
