the gist is, the email was from a gmail account and it stated that there is a $2k deposit but pending because my account is not business account, so ask the person who sent me to send another $300 to top up so that paypal can make me business account and paypal can release the money to me. however in paypal dashboard, i don't see any pending. this email was sent when a person was trying to buy something from me. my account is a business account already
