I have a question on the PayPal balance that needs your help. Is there any overdraft protection under PayPal balance. So I just want to make payments by my PayPal balance (which I chose the preferred payment methods as Paypal Balance). However, in case there a scam with my PayPal and the money keeps being pulled out of my paypal balance, will it also pull from my card? Also, in case of fraudulent activities and my Paypal balance go 0 or negative, does PayPal to decline the upcoming transaction or it keeps deducting my account? Thanks
