Hey everyone, Back in March I purchased the Dafeila ear devices (for tinnitus relief) from SYKJ, (She Swish Limited) located at: [removed]. First of all, I ordered one set of these ear devices and was billed for 2 sets! I tried going on PayPal to delete one purchase. It was not possible. Then I contacted Smiley-Chewy of She Swish Limited per instructions from Pay Pal's "How can we Help" link. I have emailed him/her several times to make contact. So far I have been provided with two different email addresses and have emailed Smiley several times on both! No answer. He either has no idea of basic English or just doesn't care. Firstly, I was double billed. Then, I was sent 4 devices. All for the left ear! None work of course. Furthermore, here were no instructions inside the package, and, NONE OF THEM WORK! I've been trying to find a way to return them to She Swish Limited, but nobody answers my emails. Well, why should they? They have my $89.67 US funds. I notice the company name is under She Swish Limited. Guys, it seems to me this is a scam. Now, how this guy is getting away with this fraudulent activity on Pay Pal is beyond me. Anyone out in the community know how to get this person to stop scamming others? He obviously isn't going to return my money. He won't even respond. My next step is to contact my credit card company and file a Pay Pal complaint. Maybe through my credit card company I'll get someone's attention. Keeping my fingers crossed.
