We are a non profit that one weekend, every year need our terminals. Rest of the year they are in a box. Powering them up this time showed that 4 of the 8 terminals are now locked, same code as threadstarter. Customer support is telling me: tough luck, buy new ones. Im amazed how its possible to treat customers like this. Ill never get a zettle again.
