I had $823.50 stolen from my bank account and the tag was PayPal. But, it wasn’t listed on my PayPal account. So, I immediately cancelled my PayPal account. Contacted my bank. They have yet to give me a refund. Now, PayPal said that they have no record of that account because I canceled it. I’m retired and can’t afford to lose this money. What can I do?
