PayPal says they deposited Euros 17000 into my bank account but cannot or will not provide me with the SWIFT transaction so my local bank can trace or confirm the deposit which i have not received in 15 months. The Call centre operators are playing PING PONG with me. I dont know what to do any more or who to call on
