Hi, I've been integrating PayPal into my API, and while reviewing the webhooks, I noticed that despite creating a dispute event for CUSTOMER.DISPUTE.CREATED, it wasn't firing. Even though I can see it in the list of disputes. The process to create the dispute was through an invoice I generated and paid, then I indicated that I hadn't received the product/service, of course. Has anyone else encountered the same issue?
