Hello, I'm using PayFlow to connect to an awards entry system (Better BNC). I have connected everything on the back end of the awards entry site correctly. However, I am receiving the error message below when testing the payment. Has anyone had this issue? We are scheduled to go LIVE today. I am waiting on a response from PayPal. "Declined: 10069-Payment could not be completed due to a sender account issue."
