I essentially want to build a feature so that users can tip one another on my app. Where tippers can tip through a PayPal powered UI, and those receiving tips will connect their Paypal account and receive the payments directly to that account. Do I need Paypal Marketplaces to build and support this feature? If so, I submitted forms already on the landing pages, anyway to expedite this process or is there a number I can call?
