@lwbanerjee If you want to open a dispute with paypal then select item received but not as described. Put in as much information as you can and if you don't get an offer of a refund etc then escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days. That is when paypal get involved, IF and only if they find in your favour they will tell you to return the item trackable back to the seller and then supply them the tracking number. Paypal will give you the return address they want you to send the item back to.
