We have recently encountered an issue with several transactions which have charged completely different values through the PayPal Express Checkout - these don't seem to be related to any specific numbers; a transaction earlier this morning should have charged a total of £485.97, but the amount received into our PayPal account was just £8.89. While it would be good to ascertain what has caused this, at the moment I'm just looking to see if this has been an issue for anyone else in the past, and if so, if you have any idea on what could have caused it previously? The vast majority of our PayPal Express transactions have been fine for the last few years, but in the last month or two, this has happened on four occasions, and I can't point to any changes in the coding of our website or the implementation of the Express Checkout Button that may have caused this.
