a few months back i purchased a game that was pay 2 play and i purchased a 1 month subscription for it. after a couple of weeks i got bored with the game and canceled the subscription so it wouldnt charge me every month... well i dont know what happened but the subscription renewed itself xD and it charged my paypal account for 15.00$. so i canceled the subscription yet again and after paypal charged my bank account twice for the money( which had none in it at the time) the company i purchased the game from returned the payment to paypal because i canceled the subscription. i imagine paypal would refund the money it charged me but since it charged me twice which put me at 50$+ plus draft fees of course in debt at the bank.. which caused them to disable my debit card.. i was wondering if paypal is going to refund ALL the money it tried to charge me not just the 15$ that it tried to the first time. ... So basically i made a payment of about 20.00 bucks and i had the money in my account at the time of the payment.. so i make the payment and everything checks out it says transfer from bank account complete and all that jazz ok so i get an email from Paypal saying that a transfer could not be completed because of insufficient funds... I called and talked to an agent and she pretty much told me that they held all the payments to pay in one lump sum which was after it was already spent.. So now i owe my bank and Paypal money... Thanks alot paypal... Putting me in debt and all... So does anyone know what i can do to fix this.. Instead of paying them obviously its not my fault that they waited to withdraw the funds after the money was gone.. How was i supposed to know that it would be held i thought the money would be taken straight out. And when i was talking to the damned agent the call dropped so now whenever i call back hoping to correct the issue i get some indian broad who i can barely understand...
