I also lost $210 as well to this fraudulent company. When I appealed to Paypal, they replied to me the same thing as yours that the transaction is consistent with my PayPal payment history. I asked PayPal to share the proof of my payment history with this company. Now PayPal doesn't want to reply to me. This goes on to say that PayPal has a role to play in this unauthorized transaction. Paypal is aware of this fraud and they permit it to happen time and again. But when we ask PayPal about it, they say it is an authorized transaction. How can so many people be wrong? Someone has to file a case against PayPal and PIPO for this fraudulent activity.
