@WebnLive You have a paypal account registered in Cyprus so I am guessing you don't live in Cyprus but are using it to bypass any ban on receiving payments in your country? If I am not correct then either way............ You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services. They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim.
