Hi I recently just bought something online through PayPal and it's in USD currency (I am from UK); apparently its really low priced, around 25 usd. So after l finished my order, l went to the PayPal app to check my payment, all was normal in the order receipt, no extra charges and delays. But when l went to my bank account after, l realised there are 2 pending transactions with the same name and order details, one is of course my order which is around £22 and another one is £almost 85?!?!? I only did one order and no way that's the transaction fee as my PayPal app didn't specify anything. This unknown pending transaction is such a rip off and l have absolutely no clue. I'm so confused and worried as this is just insane, please help 😭
