I am trying over and over and over again just to get this posted. And it keeps giving me an error to make my post title more unique.
I have tried to dispute TWO unauthorized transactions in Resolution Center and it says they can't be disputed. Maybe because they are still pending? But why does that make a difference? The money has been removed from my balance.
The AI chat bot cannot do anything either and doesn't even recognize one of the transactions. Are both of these transactions some kind of phantom spam? If so, how did they get into my Recent Activity? I did not click on any links etc.
