Hello! I have not been using PayPal for a long time, and i thought it was time to update my card details. When trying to registar a new VISA card, I got the following message: "Your card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method". Does this mean there is someone out there using my card on their PayPal? I have not noticed any unauthorized withdrawals from my bankaccount. What do I do now?
