I keep getting notifs that a transaction has failed due to insufficient funds, even though i’m not using my paypal card or attempting a transaction. these messages are coming from legitimate paypal email and text notifs. Really confused and frustrated as there is no information about this in the help center, since the charges aren’t going through, but being attempted and then failing. they aren’t completed transactions.
