Today I got the same problem. They called me from a +45 number which is Denmak and said that someone is trying to take 699 Euros, and they asked me to google and find mye ip adress. I sent a message to the Helpcenter and I got "We would never call unless you contact us first, and we only call from Irish numbers since our headquarters are in Ireland. So please feel free to ignore these calls as they were not from us." Carefull folks.
