I had the same. Uber BV was listed as automatic payment (I didnt do it) and it charged me around 30 euros few days ago. I did not buy anything, so clearly was not me! Cancelled the automatic payment, removed my card and payment information from Paypal and cancelled my bank card. Tried to flag payment as not authorized but almost immediately Paypal automatically closed the case and responded that payment was authorized. What can I do with Paypal to contact somebody? Case cannot be reopened. Paypal is so bad.
