Glad I'm not alone, but this is infuriating. As a graphic designer and illustrator, I bill by the project, not hourly.  I also use the descriptions to record the work done. I"m still able to use the "old" invoice, but not for long.  For the amount of money PayPal skims off the top of each invoice, I expect a UI that makes managing my business easier, not harder.
