Hello, I recently used PayPal's Pay in 3 service. I paid the full amount on time but can no longer use Pay in 3 - it doesn't appear as an option. The only reason i can think for this is that on the second payment, they tried to take the money in the morning but it wasn't there until the afternoon. So I paid manually but still on the date the payment was due. If that's the reason it seems like a harsh one to restrict my use of the service. Anyone shed any light on this?
