I was pretty much aware upon writing this query that it was a scam k just wanted 100% confirmation and then also anyone also seeking advice can see this. I told them I do not have to pay any fees and it comes out the amount and they just spewed more crap about it being a wire transfer and sent “screenshots” and “screen recordings” of them having “sent” The money and their PayPal account. I said they can be altered and faked… scammers really try anything these days Thank You
