I have repsonded to the email 3 times with no reply from Paypal as yet.... The main issue with all this, is that users are closing the modal before it has a chance to redirect back to the site and we can then store the info in our back end. In the old way of doing this, they completed the transaction on our site and so we could store the info immediately, now if they close the modal we have nothing. What can we do to ensure we collect this data?
