Thanks for the info. I like many others have been scammed twice. Once by the actual scammers - in my case AVANQUEST, and secondly by Paypal. They have admitted to me that AVANQUEST has total authorized access to my Paypal username and Password. They stole $154.98 faster than I could log into my account and paypal says the transaction was not unauthorised and therefore I wasn't eligible for Buyer Protection. I typed in Epson to install my printer into the new Windows 11. At no time did I open communication with AVANQUEST. Never heard of them and Epson install for free. I don't know where the price list etc come from But I had no intention of buying anything and still Paypal repeatedly state I have received the item or service . Rubbish. I have nothing, not even something faulty delivered or downloaded. But Paypal is the chief scammer. What's the famous and very true saying - "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
