I have a prepaid credit card which i registered. When it charged the $1.95 to my debit card, the confirmation code didn't show up (I found out later it was still a pending transaction). I then asked to send another confirmation code which charged another $1.95 to my prepaid credit card. I then realized that it was pending and waited a few days and I got the confirmation code. I then confirmed my card and it works. It says on "Help" that my $1.95 will be refunded to my paypal account. Will both of the $1.95 charges be refunded? Its been 2 days and the last time i confirmed a prepaid credit card, the refund was almost instant whereas this one is not going fast
