Someone wants to send me a big amount of money. He said I need to verify it by gift card or voucher, razer gold gift card 200$. It could be true? He wrote -- So just get your voucher verification cards and I will verify it to your payment and you it will fully reflect on your PayPal balance -- PayPal needs at all fee from receiver? Thank you.
