So I already posted about this but I think of should rephrase it for more accurate help. So I was on the website and I removed my bank and card. It showed I had removed both of them on the website. I got an email confirming the unlinking of my debit card but not for my bank account. I went on the main app and i went to wallet and it showed an error to load message. I refreshed the page yet no luck. So I checked the business app and it said that I had no cards or banks linked and I should link one. So all I need to know is, could this mean my account is on limitation? If not, does this show it's safe to close this account (I've removed my bank account)?

@kernowlass But the thing is, I checked on the business app just now and it says I have no bank accounts or cards linked. Same with the website. But with the main app it just says failed to load. Could that mean a limitation on my account?

Hello, I was on the PayPal website and from the website I unlinked my debit card and my bank account from my account. I got an email that said I removed my debit card but not my bank account and when I go on the app and go to my wallet, it just says "Your bank accounts and cards didn't load. Pull down to refresh page" I refreshed multiple times but nothing happened. So I waited a few hours and still nothing changed. I didn't get any email confirming I had removed it and it still didn't load any of information. On the website, it shows that my banks and cards and nothing is there but on the PayPal app and Business app they do not show and just fail to load. This is a big problem for me at the moment. If you know how to fix this, please reply. Thank you.

When I go into payments on the PayPal app then go to give. There is no option to create your own charity. And when I go to the website and click to start a charity, it sends me to the app and it says that the charity could not be found or something like that. I'm in the UK and I have heard of other people having this problem but only one or two.

Just figured that after I closed it. Just wondering if like PayPal support can fix it cause I've been trying for hours

I used to have a PayPal account before this one and I removed my debit card and bank account because I wanted to close it. The reason why I wanted to close my account was because I accidentally made it a personal account not a business one. So after I had thought I removed my debit card and bank account, I closed my account and made a new one that was correct. I linked my debit card but when I tried to link my bank account it just said that it was linked to too many PayPal accounts even though I had just closed the only other account that it could've been on. Can someone please help me because I have no idea what to do.
