The minimum BTC to send is .001 (around $67.14 last I checked) and there is a transaction fee, which can be around $3.53 USD (or alter by the exchange rate and amount sent), so expect to need more than $70.00 to cover the entire transaction amount with the rising cost. If you buy BTC via ACH, there is a hold just like there is for Coinbase (doesn't have as high of a minimum to send) before you can send the crypto as opposed to if you bought the crypto via debit or credit card, so keep in mind the value of the BTC you buy changing if you have to wait to send it.
