I like how you said "might be able to request a single-use card" as if you weren't sure about it. Well I went there, to the Pay Later tile in the PayPal app, and I don't see any way that this can be done. And yes, I am already pre-approved and have used this Pay-in-4 method several times recently. But the particular website I'm trying to use it for this time doesn't have PayPal listed as a payment option in their checkout, so now I'm trying to do it manually.
