@NizarNcr The option to add a local bank account is unfortunately not available in every country. If you go to your wallet and there is only the U.S bank account option present OR a card option then that is all you can add. The U.S bank option is for U.S citizens working abroad as paypal is a U.S company and allows them to add their bank to other countries paypal accounts. However you can't use a virtual / digital bank like Wise or Payoneer as it has to be a U.S bank opened on U.S soil.
