Hello, I was going through my transactions and I did notice two transactions that had issues. I was able to file a dispute with one of them. I cannot dispute the other transaction. There is no option. Transaction ID is: 14L83896R2888903W It says the merchant or business name is SB Place. It was 12/11/2023 around 7:00pm. I do. Or know what this or remember making this withdrawal. I do believe this is fraudulent. I will need refunded. I did have a phone stolen that had my card and pins in it that is possibly how they got access. The total is 126.00 there was a 2.50 ATM Fee as well. Please help me in resolving this matter and getting refunded and possibly another card sent to me thank you.
