I was unable to make my monthly payments for my PayPal pay monthly plans for quite a while. After getting a new job and getting back on my feet I wanted to take care of those debts too. But when I went to see my open plans, all of them were gone. I saw that the Pay in 4 plans were sent to ACI for collections. Who is the agency that would be handling my pay monthly account?
