Hi, Tried on my iphone app. Annoying keep logging in sending me a text message each time to verify their number. Was able to purchase the bitcoin. Then it wanted to scan my documents. Scanned my passport two times got a green check. Scanned my face, green again. The app crapped out. Reopened verify by text again. No double arrow to send bitcoin. Messed around for two hours nothing. Finally figured it out the double arrow now moved from the main crypto balance screen to under bitcoin. Tried again. Scan documents... geezus!! Scanned passport green check. Back to scan documents. Scanned passport green check. Back to scan documents. WTF! The app craps out. Deleted the app, reinstalled the app. Get a new bitcoin QR code it only last 15 minutes. How many times I had to do that i don't know i lost count! Tried again scan documents same old loop. App is a pos! Read some posts said try online. Logged in online copy and pasted bitcoin address. Now it says verify by text. Then it says sorry can't use that method. Try another method. There is no other method!!!! Stupid verify by text works on the app but not on the website now. This is exactly why I do not want to use Crypto just a **bleep**! But my VoIP is being held hostage as my outgoing call balance dropped and they turned my service off and now they only take Bitcoin. I don't have time to find another provider and takes a week or two to port a number. Thanks a lot paypal for wasting my time!
